XNRGY is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Engineer to join its team located in Arizona. Reporting to VP of Mission Critical, you will be a crucial member of the sales team combining your technical expertise with sales acumen to drive the company's growth.An overview of your responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the HVAC industry.Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and technical support.Design and prepare technical data including dimensional drawings.Create proposals and corresponding bid documents.Contribute to the development of Sales ToolsOrganize customer factory visits/witness testing and coordinate with other departments.Assist in the preparation of documents and technical presentations to support the sales team.Prepare documentation for a bid process.Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to create customized solutions for clients.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.Maintain accurate records of channel sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Prepare CRM reports on territorial activities and bid prospects.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.Participate in trade shows, training, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.What youll need, among other things!Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace or chemical engineering or other related fieldsMinimum 3 years' experience in systems design or HVAC equipment sales;Proactive team player with a sense of responsibility and capable to work in a fast-paced environment;Capacity to apply and maintain administrative processes to improve company overall effectiveness;Effective problem-solving skills and being initiative with the ability to work effectively when managing multiple tasks;Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite;Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset;Excellent organization and communication skill.Able to travel occasionally across North AmericaWhy choose XNRGY?Competitive salary.Annual Bonus incentiveMedical, dental and vision insurance.401 K.Employee assistance programPaid time off.A dynamic team, open to change to bring its color.Modern state of the art facility with industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona.Being part of a green industry transformation.Fast-growing dynamic environment where entrepreneurial spirit is recognized.Inclusive and diversity-friendly environment.Career advancement: XNRGY promotes internal promotion.Electric charging stations.At XNRGY Climate Systems, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
