The position is located in Riviera Beach, FL. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, managing compliance with industry regulations, and leading a team of quality assurance professionals to maintain product excellence. This role will manage 2-3 QA, internally trained, technicians. QualificationsExperience in quality assurance, quality control, and inspectionsMust have completed at least 4 SQF / GFSI audits as the leadExcellent Time Management SkillsKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standardsSkills in team leadership and managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in quality management systems and toolsBachelors degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field. Will substitute 10+ years demonstrated experience in lieu of degree requirement Previous experience in the food / dairy manufacturing industry is a plusThis is a hands-on QA Manager role who will manage their time between production and admin responsibilities to ensure all food safety and quality expectations are being met.SQF readiness at all times is the expectation.
