The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive agency growth, establishing and maintaining relationships with agency leaders, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance agency performance. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.QualificationsExperience in business development, strategic planning, and relationship managementStrong leadership, training, and team-building skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growthExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with insurance products and industry regulationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredProven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
