We're hiring a NetSuite Administrator because we need you to help accomplish our mission...assisting independent Sales Agents to navigate merchant services with a partner who passionately pursues something rarely found in our industry, an AgentFirst paradigm. Your years of experience with NetSuite will be critical in creating efficient systems that drive our ability to serve our Agents and their clients.This is why finding the right fit for this role is one of our top priorities right now. We need someone who is passionate about learning our industry as they are about teaching our team to effectively use NetSuite. We also know that we only grow through feedback and collaboration so we're looking for someone that will help us grow and shape the future of PayCompass.What will you do in this role?As the Systems Administrator for PayCompass, youll oversee all of the software platforms that drive the AgentFirst experience every single day. While NetSuite will be the hub, you'll also oversee our homegrown Agent portal (Navigo), Freshdesk, our phone systems, and all of the bridges that ensure these systems can effectively integrate together. You'll be the go-to person for our leadership team to learn their needs and ensure they are trained on how to best use the systems for their teams.What will you learn in this role?If you come from a traditional organization, our pace of innovation, action, and iteration might be a little uncomfortable at first. You'll learn to move fast, iterate quickly, and put zero value into sunk cost. Our Sales Agents' success and the pursuit of their goals.Who will you work with?You will work directly with Sack Khoundara, our Director IT and Compliance, and you'll collaborate on a regular basis with our entire C-Suite leadership team.Where will you work?You'll work at PayCompass HQ in Tempe, Arizona.
