Project ManagerAbout the RoleAs a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the direction, completion, and financial success of projects of various sizes. Leading a dedicated project management team, you will drive outstanding results for our clients while actively fostering new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure risk mitigation and project success.Make critical decisions regarding project resources and overall execution.Take full accountability for project outcomes, timelines, and financial performance.Lead and mentor a project management team Oversee the tracking, documentation, and reporting of project progress and take corrective action when necessary.Manage the change order process, assisting in negotiations for a profitable outcome.Serve as the primary liaison between field teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Collaborate with the General Foreman and/or onsite Foreman to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Identify and resolve potential project challenges proactively.Represent the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Supervise subcontractor activities, including costs, scheduling, and change order management.Participate in project estimating when needed.Prepare for and attend monthly financial reviews, accurately projecting profitability for leadership.Manage contract financials, ensuring company interests are protected while maintaining strong client relationships.Engage in business development efforts to drive growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business preferred ().10+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction ().Deep understanding of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methodologies ().LEED AP, PE, and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus but not required.() A combination of relevant trade experience, education, and work history may be considered.Technical Skills & ExperienceExperience with estimating software (Accubid preferred).Proficiency in MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, union labor agreements, and state compliance laws.Soft Skills & Leadership AbilitiesProven track record of mentoring and leading teams.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing job requirements.Ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentPhysical Requirements:May require extended periods of sitting or standing.May involve bending, crouching, or working outdoors on uneven surfaces.Proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
