The deFIANT is looking for an assertive and energetic VIP/Celeb Account Executive, who is both strategic and proactive, to join their VIP Celeb Team in Los Angeles working in the Lifestyle field.Our preferred candidate is a skilled PR professional with a network of VIP/Celeb contact and a solid track record of securing placements for high profile clients. The Account Executive will be committed to delivering quality work in alignment with client goals to achieve desired results.**At least two (2) years of relevant PR agency, in-house, with lifestyle, automotive, hospitality, technology etc.Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related fieldStrong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail is a mustHistory of pitching and securing influencer/celeb coverageAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously Experience with developing and maintaining relationships influencers, agents, managers etc,Create and edit written pitches and assetsG-Mail and Google SuiteExceptional communication and organization skillsDeep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeExperience working with senior-level executivesPossesses a great mix of lifestyle, automotive, and technology industry knowledge, including social mediaEXPERIENCE IN LIFESTYLE PR IS A MUSTExposure to working with senior-level executivesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with Influencers and VIPsExperience in one or more of the ** Celebrity Marketing and Endorsements, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, or Events*****Communicate and participate in meetings with clientsCollaborate with, influencer, and partnership teams to achieve client deliverablesCreate and edit written assetsDaily client communication on deliverablesPitch and secure influencer paid and earned campaigns and event invites for clientsDaily monitoring of social media channels for all clientsReport to VP & Founder to make sure all deadlines are being met and deliverables are being executed
