This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company who has great benefits!Job Duties:Coach, mentor, and develop the quality team to foster growth and continuous learningChampion a strong safety culture and implement protective processesOversee Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity complianceMonitor, analyze, and improve site performance using structured problem-solving methodsAlign quality initiatives with business objectives and strategic prioritiesSupport new product and process launches, ensuring manufacturabilityLead the calibration program and oversee the quality lab and CMM operationsMaintain quality documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirementsTrack, document, and resolve EHS incidents to prevent recurrenceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred)Minimum 5 years of cross-functional experience in Quality Assurance and Operations within high-precision manufacturingStrong understanding of QMS processes and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
