With a strong focus on leadership, quality, and innovation, this role provides long-term career growth, leadership opportunities, and potential for firm ownership.Key **Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.Provide expert technical guidance while ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.Oversee project quality, team mentorship, and career development initiatives.Drive business development efforts to expand the Virginia portfolio.Conduct site investigations, condition assessments, and high-level project strategy.Develop proposals, statements of qualifications, and basis-of-design documents.Collaborate with clients, teams, and leadership to drive successful project outcomes.Review and assess technical work, mentoring team members to strengthen skill sets.**Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.PE license required with 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.Proven expertise in managing technical teams and ensuring project QA/QC.Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.Experience with building modeling is a plus.A team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentorship and professional growth.Join a collaborative and flexible work environment where your leadership will play a key role in shaping the future of engineering in Virginia.
