Our experienced team works closely with clients, design professionals, and trade partners to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and results that consistently exceed expectations.Role DescriptionJob Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.- Work closely with Project Superintendent and Project Executive- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.- Ensure all construction activities are compliant with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.- Monitor and manage day-to-day construction operations, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any challenges.- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.- Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.---Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a General Contractor in NYC. - Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects. - Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, regulations, and construction practices. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with PROCORE construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - SST 40hr certification (preferred).
