CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - MAJOR GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE PROGRAMProject Location: Memphis, TNJob Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $90K - $110KNumber of Positions: 2SIRIS is seeking to add a motivated Construction Manager (CM-PM), with a degree in Construction Management,Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering to join our team on a VA Medical Center Design and Construction Program in Memphis, TN. The CM-PM will act as Design and Construction Manager reporting to a Program Manager and collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data and generate reports.ResponsibilitiesThe CM-PM will join a team of professionals and act as the Owners Representative on the major government healthcare program from design through construction and closeout. The CM-PM will be required to learn and integrate SIRIS best practices related to project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, and operations in the healthcare environment. The CM-PM will also act as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives). The design and construction management services will be used to support traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build contracts.A summary of the major tasks is below:Design Phasei. Schedulingii.
