CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - MAJOR GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE PROGRAMProject Location: Memphis, TNJob Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $90K - $110KNumber of Positions: 2SIRIS is seeking to add a motivated Construction Manager (CM-PM), with a degree in Construction Management,Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering to join our team on a VA Medical Center Design and Construction Program in Memphis, TN. The CM-PM will act as Design and Construction Manager reporting to a Program Manager and collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data and generate reports.ResponsibilitiesThe CM-PM will join a team of professionals and act as the Owners Representative on the major government healthcare program from design through construction and closeout. The CM-PM will be required to learn and integrate SIRIS best practices related to project delivery, budget, schedule, quality, and operations in the healthcare environment. The CM-PM will also act as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives). The design and construction management services will be used to support traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build contracts.A summary of the major tasks is below:Design Phasei. Schedulingii. Claims Analysis and Resolution ServicesQualifications:Licensing: NoneEducation: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an accredited school of higher education.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the management of both design and construction phases of a project.Knowledge: Able to quickly understand and masterRequirements of local state and federal jurisdictions concerning the Project.Construction Contract Documents including Front End and Technical Specifications and Drawings to readily understand and assess the requirements.Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling to lead to the projects success.Leadership: Must possess the ability to collaborate and integrate with other professionals.Preferred QualificationsProfessional Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering LicenseExperience with Healthcare and Federal projectsCCM or PMP certificationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision - 99% of the health premium base plan for individuals paid by the company and 50% base plan for family members paid by the company.401K with up to 4% company matchPaid Time OffAnnual bonus based upon individual and company performance.ABOUT SIRISSIRIS is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that provides design and construction management project consulting.
