They are growing their asset management team and are seeking an asset management professional to join this thriving business.The RoleWe are looking for a Multifamily Asset Manager to spearhead strategic investment management for a portfolio of operational assets, with the primary objective of optimizing performance and enhancing value. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization at the forefront of the multifamily real estate sector.Role ResponsibilitiesOversee and analyze financial and operational metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue streams, collection efficiency, expense management, and Net Operating Income (NOI), to ensure peak performance and alignment with business plan projections.Create comprehensive portfolio performance reports and conduct comparative analysis against industry benchmarks.Maintain consistent communication with Development, Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, Joint Venture Partners, and Finance teams regarding asset strategy updates, operational performance, and revised forecasts related to valuations and timelines.Collaborate closely with Property Management to integrate overarching asset strategies into daily operations, annual operating plans, budgets, and financial projections, with the ultimate goal of maximizing asset value.
