Job Description: Senior InSite Program ManagerLocation: Plano, Texas (On-Site) Position Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior---About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior InSite Program Manager to oversee the InSite program while working directly from the client's office. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage bill pay services, drive sustainability reporting, and coordinate closely with both the InSite team and the client's team to ensure seamless program execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, a passion for sustainability initiatives, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a collaborative environment.---Key Responsibilities:Program Management· Oversee the entire InSite program, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic goals and objectives.· Act as the primary liaison between the client and the InSite team, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.· Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.· Monitor program performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Bill Pay Services· Manage the end-to-end bill pay process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established protocols.· Identify and resolve discrepancies, working closely with finance teams to ensure all invoices and payments are processed accurately.· Drive process improvements to optimize the efficiency of bill pay services.Sustainability Reporting· Lead sustainability reporting efforts, consolidating data and insights into actionable recommendations.· Ensure reporting is aligned with client goals and industry best practices, supporting both compliance and innovation.· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for sustainability initiatives and track their impact over time.Energy Procurement Support· Manage the Energy Procurement process, ensuring contracts are renewed in a timely manner· Utilize the InSite Platform to time contract renewals with advantageous market conditions.· Drive process improvements to optimize the efficiency of the Energy Procurement process.Collaboration and Leadership· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sustainability experts, to support the client's objectives.· Represent the InSite team in meetings with the client, acting as a trusted advisor and program advocate.· Lead project planning sessions and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.---Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.· 8+ years of experience in program management, sustainability reporting, or a similar role.· Proven experience managing bill pay services in a corporate environment.
