Position: Account ManagerLocation: Asheville, NCCompany: PressioEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in account management.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering long-term relationships.Account Growth- Identify opportunities for expansion, up-selling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.Customer Satisfaction- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and tailored solutions.Project Coordination- Work closely with Graphics, Production, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.Order Management- Process orders accurately, ensuring timely production and delivery while keeping clients informed.Sales & Reporting- Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and prospect accounts.Strategic Planning- Develop and implement account strategies, aligning with clients business goals.Issue Resolution- Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain strong business relationships.Contract Management- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms align with client and company objectives.Market Research- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to enhance client services.Outreach & Engagement- Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects to drive sales and engagement.Event Participation- Be willing to travel occasionally for sales meetings and industry events.Daily Client Communication- Manage phone, email, and online tools to interact with clients.Team Collaboration- Work with Sales, Operations, and Inventory teams to manage account activities.Sales Support- Assist senior management in achieving sales initiatives and targets.Data Entry & Record-Keeping- Maintain accurate customer activity records and enter data into B2B systems as needed.Key Requirements:2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging client situations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM/job-specific software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to look at a computer screen for long durations.Occasional lifting of up to 45 lbs.Maintain a professional demeanor in a flexible work environment.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.Must enable company phone system on a personal phone.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in sports-related apparel or product industries.Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support).Personal Profile:The ideal candidate will:Value company culture and work well within a team.Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.Exhibit a strong sense of initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Company ProfilePressio is a rapidly growing international sports apparel brand, founded in London with roots in Asheville, NC.
