Job ***** Account Manager***** Hartford/Bloomfield, CT***** Full-Time permHYBRID ROLE (2-3 days WFH)MUST BE LOCATED in CONNECTICUT- Hartford area - USA BASEDThe Account Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing clients, managing existing relationships as well as building new relationships.MUST HAVES/**Sales experience - Business Development (closing, pipeline building, account mgmt., market share, etc.)Staff industry experience - 2 yrs minimum preferredStaffing experience is an absoluteCold Calling NinjaExperience and comfortable with customer-facing meetings/presentations/appointments/entertainmentAbility to be on site at client location 2-3 days each weekDuties include the *Gain market share at our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationshipsManaging the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and technical assistance.Developing and implementing sales strategies.Establish relationships with client decision makers.Secure new business opportunities.Building a sales pipeline for the account(s).Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitionsWork closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.Identify and attend targeted networking events as needed which may occur outside of traditional working hoursSkills & Experience *Bachelors Degree highly desired2+ years Sales / Account Management experience - preferably in a fast-paced IT Staffing organizationSolid understanding of and experience with navigating social media sites such as LinkedInStrong knowledge of MS Office ** Outlook, Word and ExcelMust be detail-oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progressStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong networking and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout ***** ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
