ABOUT **A leading diagnostic solutions company with a focus in lung disease. The Company develops diagnostic tests addressing important clinical questions by combining multi-omics through the power of artificial intelligence, with five Medicare-covered tests for patients with lung diseases.**The Territory Manager role is a key position for an experienced professional with a strong background in medical or diagnostic sales. This role is designed for individuals ready to take on significant responsibilities in driving the adoption of products and mentoring team members.The TM will lead efforts to increase market presence and product adoption in their assigned territory, working directly with physicians and healthcare providers. They will also mentor and guide Associate Sales Rep, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the adoption of products by working directly with physicians and healthcare providers in an assigned territoryDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and product adoptionMentor and guide Associate Sales Rep, providing training and supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the pulmonary fieldAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and address customer needsProvide exemplary customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concernsAccurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM toolsCOMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Proven track record of success in medical or diagnostic sales, with demonstrable achievements in exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team membersExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex medical informationStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategiesProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Valid US drivers license and a driving record in compliance with company standardsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree (advanced degree preferred)4+ years of successful sales experience, specifically in medical or diagnostic territory salesSales experience in pulmonary, oncology, or related fields is highly desirableTRAVEL PERCENTAGE:Up to 70% travel
