Employment ***** Full-timeAvailable ***** 1***** On-SiteApplication ***** March 14th, 2024Summary The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing the efforts of the Quality department around stated priorities of Safety, People, Quality, Customer Service, and Cost Management.Key Activities Foster and maintain a safe work environment by setting expectations for safe behavior.Build and foster positive employee morale.Maintain an unwavering commitment to quality, meeting or exceeding quality goals and objectives.Ensure superior customer service internally and externally. Effectively manage costs within the QA department (labor, concentrate, CO2, ingredients, supplies, etc.).Ensure proper training of new employees and the ongoing training of current employees.Lead, develop, and mentor the QA team to achieve high performance in a team-oriented environment.Able to perform the lab functions when Lab Techs are not present.Accurate issuing of ingredients and syrup for correct traceability.Schedule Lab and Blending personnel as needed per the production schedule.Complete timecard approvals by the payroll deadline.Preferred Skills Strong math and critical thinking skills.Previous experience with sanitation procedures.Educations & ExperienceKnowledge of Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably bottling or canning.Experience working in a laboratory environment.Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA leadership role or equivalent.Experience in a high-speed bottling environment.Are you looking for your next opportunity?
