Job ** Refrigeration Service Tech Aurora, NE Up to $85,000 Per Annum Global Real Estate Company A Multinational ManufacturerJob *Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Refrigeration Tech to provide maintenance and repair services for a Multinational Manufacturer campus based in Aurora, NE. As part of the team, you will ensure the efficient operation of critical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and general maintenance. This role requires mobility between sites and excellent troubleshooting skills, with a focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.Key *Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration and electrical systems & other general maintenance duties.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with Company and Client standards.Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.EPA or equal Refrigeration certificationProven experience as a HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, preferably in a Tech, Commercial or Manufacturing setting.Strong knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and General maintenance tasks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across the campus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management.Flexibility to respond to emergencies and work outside regular business hours if necessary.***$85,000 Per Annum + loads of available overtime at an enhance rate.Competitive benefitsOpportunity to work with a leading facilities management company supporting a world recognized Multinational Manufacturer.Professional growth and development opportunities.
