The TM & OD Advisor is responsible for designing, developing, and managing engaging online learning experiences across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create high-quality e-learning content and ensuring the effective operation and enhancement of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools. Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Work with external vendors to develop specific learning contents. Provide training and support to users on navigating learning platforms and accessing e-learning resources, addressing any technical issues that arise. Oversee and manage multiple learning platforms, including Skillsoft, B-Vision,Mentorat, andGrowthspace. Monitor and analyze learning data to assess course effectiveness and learner engagement; prepare reports to inform stakeholders and guide future development. What you need to join our team: Bachelor's Degree in educational technology, instructional Design, e-Learning, media, education or a related field required. Minimum three (3) years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or related area required. Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Where you'll be working: Agropur's US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year.
