This role focuses on land development and requires expertise in civil engineering project design, coordination, and oversight. The successful candidate will lead design teams and ensure project completion in alignment with client and municipal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to design staff on land development projects.Oversee project design and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for project design and development.Maintain strong relationships with local municipal staff and adhere to their standards.Qualifications & Experience***** Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Required).***** Minimum 5-8 years in civil engineering, with a focus on land development (Preferred).Technical ***** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Preferred but not required).***** Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada (Highly Preferred).Familiarity with Local ***** Experience working with local municipalities is a plus.
