Good Apples Summer Internship program is designed to give 1:1 mentorship between you and a dedicated member of our team, guiding you through daily life at a media agency and teaching you business insights and the latest advertising trends.Our culture is built on the belief that big agency bureaucracy isnt necessary to drive scalable results, so Good Apple's internship program will integrate you into our various teams based on your interests and career goals!We are offering internships in Media Planning, Programmatic Media, Social Media Paid Campaign Management, SEM, and Data Analytics. You will be assigned to one of these dedicated categories for the duration of the program as your primary area of focus, but you will have a chance to learn about all the channels we offer throughout the summer!The goal of the program is to provide you with an opportunity to explore the different facets of the media planning and buying side of the advertising industry, as well as advance your skill set across the business spectrum through team training, interaction with senior management, presentations, and real work-related projects.The internship program will run for 8 weeks starting in June and will provide compensation. This is a hybrid program, offering remote work capabilities along with in-person working experience in our dedicated NYC space.Responsibilities:Daily shadowing and training with Intern MentorActive listening and engagement in scheduled client and vendor callsProactively research new advertising opportunities with video networks, mobile vendors, and display networksExporting 3rd party data for daily and weekly performance reportsAssisting teams with campaign performance analysis and optimizationsTraffic campaigns through 3rd party advertising servicesCommunicate with publishers on a weekly basis to monitor campaign pacing and ensure delivery goals are metWorking with fellow interns on a final projectPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to efficiently manage multiple projects through strong time management skillsMust be a self-starter who can work with little supervision after proper trainingExcellent organizational skillsExperience creating and analyzing reportsMust work well in a collaborative team environment and have a positive attitudeMust possess the ability to work and react in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel and G SuiteExperience & Things to Note:Students enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program; or recent graduateCoursework, previous experience, or interest in Digital Advertising is a plus, but we will teach you everything you need to knowThis is a hybrid program that offers remote work capabilities along with in-person work experience in our dedicated NYC spaceTiming: June 2nd - July 25thCompensation: $5,000 (maximum total compensation for the entirety of the program).
