We are seeking a highly skilled Executive to lead our Business Units finance operations, driving strategic growth and excellence. This role involves overseeing all finance-related activities, from developing and monitoring our Annual Operating Plan to performing financial impact analysis for new contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and forecasting future performance. They will also lead medical cost improvement initiatives and direct health plan analytical needs. This Executive will work closely with our Corporate Finance team, serving as the chief liaison between departments. Establishing financial strategic vision, objectives, policies, and procedures will be key to this role. Overseeing pricing models, identifying inefficiencies, and improving processes will also be important responsibilities. Directing reporting strategy and leading rate setting activity may also be involved. This Executive will perform other duties as assigned. Compliance with all policies and standards will be expected. Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred. 5+ years in a high level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Preferred experience in Medicaid, Medicare, FP&A and Cost Reporting. Licenses/Certifications: CPA preferred.
