The US product hub will spearhead global research and development for next-gen technology products.About the Role - Director/Sr.Product Marketing Manager- Business Networking /Physical Security productsResponsibilities -Direct comprehensive market research initiatives, conduct competitive analysis, and lead sophisticated customer segmentation efforts to inform product positioning, refine go-to-market strategies, and maximize brand relevance across key target audiences.Execute the Go-To-Market launches for new solutions, products and feature releases.Act as a product marketing advisor in internal and external product communications including training, sales pitch, industry shows, media conference, influencer collaboration.Lead initiatives to incorporate cutting-edge strategies and best practices into marketing operations to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications -BA/BS degree in marketing, network engineer, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred, particularly with a focus on marketing strategy or product management.8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, growth marketing, with a proven track record in the business networking or related industry.Extensive experience and understanding of business networking hardware industry and /or Physical Security. Other industries/Products Wireless Wifi, Video /Key less Access, VOIP, IT related industry for unify communications.Must have expereince with vetical Markets B2B SMB, Hospitality, Education, Multi-Dwelling units, Internet Service Provider and Enterprise level clientsStrong technical understanding of the product and solutions and effectively translate technology features into partner and business benefits.Required Skills -Product marketing expereince in networking hardware infrastructure and/or physical security products.Preferred Skills -Marketing to B2B and Channel Partners, VAR, MSP,Pay range and compensation package - Salary ***** $130,000 - $210,000 + Bonus+ Excellent Paid BenefitsEqual Opportunity Statement -We have invested almost 1 B in building a global Reasearch & Developemnt product center in California.
