Sales Account Manager

Job Description Roessel Joy is looking for an Account Manager to join the sales team. Account Managers are the face of Roessel Joy, building genuine partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and working with their team to find the right person for the job. Our Account Managers work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. The role is best suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.Responsibilities Source, qualify and contact passive clients onlineOwn and manage a large and consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and clients by cold calling and sourcing onlineBe the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clientsNetwork with clientsPrepare candidates before interviews with clientsKeep detailed records of clients' information and past feedback for future rolesManage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with themAdhere to core activity metrics laid out by managementMatch highly skilled accounting and finance professionals with clients' projects, temporary assignments and temporary to full-time opportunitiesManaging ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidatesProvide ongoing communication and guidance to candidatesParticipate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy presence in the local business communityRequirements BS/BA in business management or sales field preferredExcellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailDesire to grow and take on more responsibilitiesDesire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer1+ Years' experience as a top producer from other staffing agencyBenefits Industry Leading Commission PayoutsHealth/Dental/Vision (BCBS PPO/HMO)Life Insurance/STD/LTD InsuranceCell Phone ReimbursementCommuter Pre-tax Contribution401K+Match
