Our mission is to create a positive, lasting impact on kids in the local community by delivering high-quality soccer education with a focus on fun and teamwork. Through engaging coaching and skill-building activities, we aim to foster not only a love for the game but also life skills that last far beyond the field. Our passionate coaches are at the heart of our program, bringing joy, energy, and enthusiasm to every session.Job Overview:The Director of Partnerships & Marketing is a leadership role responsible for managing and expanding Soccer Shots' partnerships with childcare centers, schools, and community organizations within the assigned territory of The Woodlands and surrounding areas. As the face of Soccer Shots in the community, the DOPM will build and nurture relationships with local school directors, childcare center staff, and community stakeholders. The DOPM will drive program growth by securing new locations, increasing enrollments, and ensuring high-quality experiences for all partners and participants.Key Responsibilities:Sales & New Account Setup -Prospect and research to generate partnership leads and maintain sales pipeline; develop and maintain sales strategies to meet enrollment and revenue targets; create and deliver sales presentations and materials to prospective partners; maintain detailed records to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.Account Management & Partner Relations - Act as the primary point of contact for childcare centers, schools, and community partners; build and cultivate relationships with school directors, coordinators, and teachers.Marketing & Communications - Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Soccer Shots programs, including print, digital, and social media platforms, leveraging SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation tools to enhance brand visibility.Quality Assurance & Program Enhancement - Monitor program effectiveness through regular feedback from school directors, staff, coaches, and parents; follow up with constituents to ensure an exceptional experience.Coaching & Field Support - Demonstrate the quality of the Soccer Shots program and curriculum by leading demos and free fun days; be willing to assist and support the coaching department as needed.
