Client Account CoordinatorJob DescriptionThe Client Account Coordinator (CAC) is responsible for providing support for the Lowe's National Account Managers while becoming an expert on item set up and item maintenance. The role will facilitate the company objectives for electronic commerce transactions and data synchronization. As a Client Account Coordinator, you will coordinate and communicate all product data requirements with business users, both internal and external. The role will analyze product data for accuracy and completeness, initiate improvements, and work with third parties to provide a comprehensive data management program for all end users, while maintaining standards and compliance. Key Responsibilities:Partner with clients and internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scopeEnsure consistent, accurate product data is maintained within the product management system including, but not limited to, product titles and details, videos, images, assortment information, pricing, etc., which impacts product presentation, consumer experience, and data models across the organizationSupport team in all aspects of retail execution, project management, and customer relationshipsConduct competitive assessments of item data trends and present findings and recommendationsCoordinate elements of the customer/team relationship, including internal meetings, vendor meetings, project set-up, client reports, and follow-upSupport vendor/team/employee project management initiativesPulls reports for leadership, clients, and employeesTrack sales trends and reportsAssists in the creation of professional reports internally and for customer distribution based on internal and external system dataPartners with other cross-functional team members including Total Retail Group (TRG) senior management, field operations, client services, asset management, distribution, training, and HR as directed by the team and supervisorMinimum Qualifications:Critical thinker with a solutions-driven attitudePositive and proactiveStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multi-tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer/technical skillsProficient in all MS Office products, an expert in advanced MS Excel; advanced MS PowerPointIndependent worker with minimum supervisionExceptional organizational and prioritization skillsProven ability to go above and beyond for a clientWillingness to learnCollege Degree or 1 year or retail experience.
