We are passionate about our brand and committed to aggressive growth in 2025 and beyond with the right individual to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.Summary:Katia Designs seeks a highly motivated, experienced E-commerce Manager/Director to lead and execute our online sales strategy. This key role will drive revenue growth through our e-commerce platform and manage multiple aspects of our online presence. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and a passion for the Katia Designs brand. This role requires a candidate who understands and preferably embodies our target demographic. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies for aggressive growth in 2025 and beyond, including managing media spend and contributing to overall business planning.Responsibilities:E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and improve customer lifetime value.Revenue Generation: Be directly accountable for achieving and exceeding revenue targets for the e-commerce channel.Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on ROI. Manage media spend effectively.Website Management: Work with the Customer Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website for conversion rate optimization and user checkout improvements.Budget Management:Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.Data Analysis & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth. Use data to inform decision-making.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team and other departments to ensure alignment and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, one or two preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving e-commerce targets.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Triple Whale).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Passion for the Katia Designs brand and a deep understanding of our target demographic. Living in or around Boca Raton is highly preferred.Performance Objectives & Compensation:Achieve and exceed annual e-commerce revenue targets.Increase website traffic, conversion rates, and RPS.Optimize marketing ROI and efficiently manage media spend.Salary and performance bonus commensurate with experience.
