With a strong product-market fit and an expanding customer base, they are looking for passionate individuals to help drive meaningful impact in the sector.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join the team and build long-term relationships with customers. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensure customer success, and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts. This position requires prior experience working in the construction industry and a strong understanding of its challenges and workflows.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders.Attend industry trade shows across North America and book meetings with prospects.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and handle client inquiries.Ensure customers are engaged with the product and services, maximizing retention and satisfaction.Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Negotiate agreements and renewals with current clients.Act as a liaison between customer success and product development teams.Conduct customer site visits, requiring travel across North America.Collaborate on case studies, website reviews, and success stories for social media.Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for leadership.Assist with client requests or escalations as needed.Requirements3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager.Construction industry experience is required "familiarity with construction workflows, challenges, and industry trends.Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement.Growth mindset always looking to improve, simplify, and scale processes.Solid experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).Excellent relationship-building, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail.What's in It for You?Equity options in a growing company.Comprehensive benefits package including unlimited vacation days, full medical, dental, and vision coverage.Remote work flexibility with a hybrid option in Miami, FL.If you're looking for an opportunity to join a high-growth company and make a real impact in the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you!
