Job ** Customer Success Executive - Healthcare Education - Nashville TNExecutive is responsible for providing white glove service while developing long-term relationships with partnered health care organizations, focusing on contract retention and further financial growth. The Client Success Executive will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other clinical contractors to achieve corporate KPIs.Specific ResponsibilitiesMaintain excellent relationships with all ClientsGrow and develop assigned contracts in accordance with the company growth strategy, roadmap, and forecasted annual budgetComplete tasks to assure that projects are done on timeRegularly find ways to build efficienciesRenew and grow Client contractsAnswer any questions and resolve any issues the Client may haveInform organizations of any program updates and additionsTake suggestions for improvements from the ClientOther duties as assigned by the Director of Client Success in efforts to grow, scale, and automate various facets of the organizationSupport the development of a Government sales pipelineSchedule and conduct quarterly business reviews with Clients to include necessary reports and presentationsQualifications3+ years of work experience in organizational communications, client management, or program operations.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.Sales experience a plusKnowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) tool HUBSPOT OR SALESFORCE preferred **B.A./B.S. in business or related fields, or equivalent experience Preferred
