You'll coach and mentor account executives and SDRs, refine sales strategies, and oversee the sales pipeline to maximize revenue. Your leadership will help optimize sales processes and create seamless client experiences from proposal to execution.Responsibilities include:Coaching and mentoring the sales team through personalized development plansCollaborating with the Director of Sales to implement winning sales strategiesMonitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and optimizing the pipelineOverseeing quality onboarding and a smooth transition from sales to productionAssisting account executives with proposals, pricing, and contract negotiationsLeading weekly sales meetings to review progress and strategize improvementsStaying ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and professional developmentRequirements and Qualifications:Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management (preferably in event services, experiential marketing, or rental-based products)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing sales pipelines and CRM toolsExperience working with brands, agencies, and venues is a plusPassion for events, activations, and experiential marketingExcellent networking, communication, and negotiation skillsAbout the Hiring Company:Our client, Majestic Photobooth, is a premier provider of custom photo booth experiences for events, brands, and venues.
