They are responsible for customer/market segmentation, customer retention, margin expansion, pipeline development, customer satisfaction, and managing a high-performance team. The Exterprise Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our enterprise business through execution ensuring achievement of sales targets, expanding market presence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.FLSA Classification ExemptReports toVice PresidentEssential Job DutiesDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goalsDefine clear objectives, sales targets, and action plans to achieve revenue growthLead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targetsFoster a high-performance culture and provide ongoing training and developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partnersCollaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesIdentify opportunities for market expansion and lead initiatives to penetrate new marketsStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamicsConduct regular sales forecasting and analysis to track performance against targetsProvide insights and recommendations based on data-driven assessmentsWork collaboratively with the executive team to set and manage sales budgetsMonitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective sales operationsDevelop and implement strategies to optimize margins while maintaining volumesConduct thorough market analysis to identify key customer segments and their unique needsDevelop targeted strategies and value propositions for different customer segmentsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration, Management, with relevant work experience in a technical fieldIntermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is requiredDemonstrated experience leading across multiple functions, including marketing, supply chain, sales, business development, and operations. Previous experience in a B2B environment, a plus!Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
