Client Partner Remote$200k - $250k basic - OTE Uncapped (70/30 split)Job Summary:We are seeking mid-to-senior-level Consulting Sales Professionals with hybrid skills (account management and new logo acquisition) to join our AI & Enterprise team. Candidates with a combination of AI and Data Engineering Consulting Sales experience are highly desirable.As a Client Partner, you will lead go-to-market activities and drive growth for a cluster of clients across diversified industries, focusing on technology service lines (Data, AI & Enterprise Services). This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year business development strategy while ensuring outstanding professional services delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary business contact for clients, establishing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth through a "land and expand" approach.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute account plans to drive client value and revenue growth for Innodata.Identify and execute action items and sales opportunities within defined timelines.Orchestrate the Innodata account team to align with client value propositions.Build strategic partnerships with client decision-makers and influencers.Demonstrate deep understanding of client business needs and provide thought leadership.Collaborate with delivery teams to highlight success and create client advocates.Influence executive-level decision-making and direction.Develop compelling strategies and win themes for proposals and multi-proposal opportunities.Foster collaboration and trust with both clients and internal teams.Drive initial wins and expand engagements through cross-selling and upselling strategies.Ensure sales revenue targets, profit objectives, and personal utilization goals are met.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.12+ years of industry or client relationship experience.7+ years of relevant consulting experience.5+ years of leadership experience driving account strategy or overseeing complex projects.Strong expertise in IT services industry practices, concepts, and procedures.Proven success in selling and delivering solutions to multinational clients.Nice-to-Have Skills:Deep knowledge of emerging technology trends.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic, collaborative, and action-oriented mindset.Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action.Strong understanding of client business needs and market conditions.Willingness to travel and engage in on-site client interactions.Demonstrated ability to establish and expand client engagements through new services, upselling, and cross-selling.If you are a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for AI, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Services, we invite you to apply and be part of our journey in driving AI innovation.Please note that we are unable to consider candidates with sponsorship requirements / expiring visas.
