You'll own the renewal process and lead all expansion efforts, including upsells and cross-sells, by deeply understanding enterprise client needs, navigating complex organizational structures, and delivering strategic solutions that create long-term partnerships.If you excel at managing large, high-value accounts, influencing decision-makers, and ensuring that customers see continuous value from their investment, this role is for you.What You'll Do:Drive Renewals with ConfidenceOwn the renewal strategy for enterprise accounts, ensuring clients feel valued, supported, and eager to continue their partnership with Mongoose.Identify and mitigate renewal risks early"”surprises are for birthdays, not contracts.Deliver compelling business cases and ROI analyses to reinforce the value of Mongoose solutions.Expand Enterprise PartnershipsIdentify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell by proactively assessing client needs and aligning them with Mongoose's solutions.Strategically expand Mongoose's footprint within complex higher education institutions, engaging multiple stakeholders across departments.Lead negotiations and influence key decision-makers to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships.Be the Trusted Advisor for Your ClientsConduct executive-level strategic reviews to ensure our platform aligns with evolving institutional priorities.Provide insights and guidance that help clients navigate challenges, maximize ROI, and future-proof their communication strategies.Partner with the Client Success team to ensure measurable client outcomes and continued engagement.Collaborate & Innovate Across TeamsWork closely with Marketing to identify opportunities for client advocacy and thought leadership.Partner with Product to relay enterprise customer feedback and influence feature development.Align with Leadership to develop strategies for reducing churn and increasing expansion within key accounts.Leverage Data & InsightsTrack client health metrics and engagement trends to drive proactive account strategies.Use data-backed storytelling to showcase impact, build trust, and strengthen executive relationships.Maintain accurate account records in HubSpot (or CRM of choice), ensuring visibility across teams.What You'll Bring to the Table:We're looking for someone who brings proven experience with renewals and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) in a B2B SaaS environment, along with a track record of consistent quota attainment. If that's you, keep reading!Enterprise-Level Relationship ManagementYou have 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.You thrive in navigating complex organizations, influencing senior decision-makers, and managing multiple stakeholders.Your consultative approach makes clients see you as a trusted strategic partner rather than just a vendor.Sales & Negotiation ExpertiseYou have a proven track record of exceeding renewal, upsell, and expansion quotas.You're comfortable leading high-value contract negotiations and building multi-year, high-impact partnerships.You know how to sell without feeling "salesy", positioning solutions naturally and persuasively.Strategic Thinking & Problem-SolvingYou anticipate challenges before they arise and craft proactive solutions that keep clients engaged.You can identify gaps in client strategy and present actionable solutions that drive deeper adoption.Your ability to think long-term helps ensure sustainable growth and retention.Data-Driven Decision MakingYou use metrics, data, and insights to shape your approach and strengthen your positioning.You excel at presenting data-backed business cases to stakeholders.Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar) is a plus!Collaboration & InfluenceYou work cross-functionally, aligning with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to drive success.You understand higher education challenges and how to tailor solutions that resonate with institutions.Your leadership presence allows you to influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively.Higher Ed Experience?
