Project Control Manager

Airswift is looking for a Project Controls Manager with experience in heavy industrial and/or civil construction to support a large-scale infrastructure project on a 14/14 rotational role in Alaska. This project involves building an entire city to support the start of operations, including paving, lodging, and essential infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:Oversee project controls functions, ensuring effective cost, schedule, and progress management.Coordinate with project teams to track and report key performance indicators.Ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.Provide detailed analysis and reporting on project progress.Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives.Qualifications:Proven experience in project controls within heavy industrial and/or civil construction.Ability to work on a 14/14 rotational schedule in Alaska.Based in the Houston area for occasional office visits in Katy, TX.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
