Senior Project Manager- New Construction

Senior Project Manager role on $75M base building project in Richmond, VA. Phase 1 of this project is shortly breaking ground which is expected to last for 3 years, before phase 2 starts which is expected to be another 2-3 years. The PM will be based in the office in Richmond, VA. Project includes apartments, grocery, retail, and restaurants. Responsibilities:Leads, directs and coordinates the overall construction management of projectsFoster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.Secure and manage project cost, schedule, and the management of project documentation in conformance with company policy, standards and goalsMay create original budget set-up from pre-construction estimate to include complete line item cost codesEstablish and update master project schedule and manage the implementationPossess a thorough understanding of all major project issues and prioritiesRequirements: 8+ years experience with a general contractorPrior experience working on ground-up construction (ideally projects up to $30M+)Interiors construction experience helpful
