Technical Program Manager

Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the development and deployment of our production tooling. This role is critical in executing strategic roadmap, optimizing program execution, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver our first fully integrated production line.Responsibilities:Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.Drive cross-functional execution, proactively resolving bottlenecks and maintaining project timelines.Interface with internal teams, external engineering partners, and suppliers to align priorities and resolve dependencies.Implement structured project management methodologies to improve efficiency and execution speed.Identify risks early, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues as needed.Qualifications : Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.Have at least 8 years of experience in engineering, with a solid track record of 3 years in technical program/project management within the capital equipment or related industries, you could be a great fit for this position.Strong leadership and influencing skills, capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders.Exceptional communication abilities, with a proven track record of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.Solid technical background, demonstrating a content-driven approach to project managementEntrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and driving profitability.Process-oriented with excellent planning skills, capable of setting clear goals and maintaining consistency in approach.Strategic thinker with a knack for driving change and transformation while remaining hands-on and results-oriented.Mature and independent, possessing the gravitas to garner immediate acceptance within the organization.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a bias for speed and execution.Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
