Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will be tasked with leading a range of complex projects and be given the autonomy to manage them as you see fit, whilst also supported by your project teams, peers, and management group. The company has a substantial backlog of projects in Denver and you will receive training as well as continued development in order to progress your career within the business long term. Candidate Skills, Experience and BackgroundMust have managed at least one (1) Ground-Up Multifamily project (Podium, Wrap, Garden Style) including sitework/site development from start to finish. Must have knowledge and experience overseeing sitework/site development such as earthwork, utilities, concrete, layout etc.Must be technically minded, process driven, and have a thorough understanding of all scopes/trades involved in a multifamily construction project. Must be experienced in overseeing financial forecasting and tracking costs. Must be familiar with building and executing a CPM schedule. Must be tech-savvy and be easily trained on software.
