Senior Project Engineer

Senior Project EngineerScott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable general contractor to assist in finding a Senior Project Engineer for their headquarters in San Antonio. As Project Engineer you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of School/K12 construction projects; project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints- Conduct site visits to inspect construction quality and address any issues or concerns- Review and interpret project schematics and blueprints- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and documentation- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team membersQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institutionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codesSuperior communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent problem-solving abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and/or Microsoft Project.About Scott-HumphreyWe are a national recruitment practice specializing in Construction, Real Estate, Legal, Pharma/Med Device, Digital Marketing, Creative, & Shared Services recruitment.
