Telecommunications Operations specialist

The Records Specialist III role involves managing and ensuring the compliance, integrity, and readiness of Small Cell assets (such as Hubs, Nodes, and pole information). This includes overseeing asset data in Network Records Systems (NRS), GIS mapping, and various internal platforms (e.g., financial systems, property management software). The position works with cross-functional teams, including engineering and construction teams, to ensure data quality and support company objectives.Key **Analyze and manage NRS data and its relationship with internal systems and contracts.Execute quality checks to maintain asset integrity and resolve conflicts.Support teams with technical issues related to asset data and GIS applications.Lead special projects involving data reconciliation, system integrations, and customer requests.Review engineering drawings and update asset databases.Collaborate with engineers and field personnel to ensure accurate data and GIS updates.Ensure compliance with asset policies, standards, and procedures.Core *Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptability to new software.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and comprehension of telecommunications infrastructure documentation.Experience with GIS (ArcGIS Professional/ArcGIS Online) is a plus.Basic understanding of pole attachments and small cell equipment.Education/****High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (GIS, EE, Telecommunications, Accounting).5+ years of experience with asset NRS or similar systems.3+ years of experience with GIS and asset databases preferred.Experience in reading construction drawings and asset management processes is a plus.This role is crucial for maintaining data accuracy, supporting field operations, and ensuring the integrity of Small Cell assets in line with company standards.
