Get more details below.Contract Duration: 12-MonthsWorksite Location: Golden Valley, MN | HybridCompensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hourWhat you'll do as the Project Manager:Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for updating the Supplier Code of Conduct, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources Manage the project budget, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, communications, compliance, procurement, and supply chain) to gather input and align on requirementsCommunicate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and industry experts, to align with best practices and trendsConduct a thorough review of the existing Supplier Code of Conduct and identify areas for improvementResearch industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the updated Code exceeds expectationsDraft and refine updated Code provisions with clarity and thoroughnessDevelop and execute a rollout plan for the updated Code, including creating training materials and conducting sessions for internal teams and suppliersDesign communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of the updated Code across all relevant partiesWhat you'll bring to the Project Manager role:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)PMP or similar project management certificationProven experience managing complex projects, particularly related to compliance or ethical standardsStrong knowledge of supply chain management, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailExpertise in driving stakeholder collaboration and consensus-buildingAbility to develop and implement a strategic, detailed plan that aligns with organizational goalsAs an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
