Our full-time positions offer ample Paid Time Off, competitive salaries, and a supportive work environment where your thoughts and ideas are valued.Job Knowledge - "Understands and has experience with the work performed."understand plans and specifications of assigned projectsas needed/requested in the subcontractor pre-qualification processpre-bid walk-throughs for projectsPreconstruction department in the bidding process, including review of subcontractor bids for completeness and acceptableOwner Contractthe HGC Master Subcontractor Agreement (MSA)project scopes of worksubcontractor scopes of work for both bidding and buyoutor participate in sub scope review meetingsdrawings and specifications in Procore and shared drivesproject information and directory in Procoretrack, and review subcontractor and supplier submittals, shop drawings and product samplesand monitor procurement logsreview and track RFIsproject permits for HGC and trade subcontractorsmeeting agendas and minutes for assigned projectsto build and update project schedules in Phoenix softwareLean Standards for each project, including weekly work plans, project look ahead schedules, and pull plan scheduling meetingsunderstand and manage each assigned projects closeout processand track closeout documents for assigned projectsand prepare final closeout documents for clientall cost controls on project and report to managerViewpoint standards, including job startup and job cost setupRequirements degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldyears' experience as a co-op and project engineer or equivalent30 certificationwith Viewpoint, Procore, and Phoenix schedulingwith higher education projects is a plusall OSHA, EPA, ODH, company and site-specific safety policies and procedures
