EpitecPOSITION:Project Manager JOB TYPE:Full-Time, Contract -12 month, OngoingLOCATION:Peoria, ILJOB SUMMARY FOR PROJECT MANAGER:Seeking a Project Manager for a leading manufacturer in Peoria, ILPay Rate: $38-40 an hour depending on benefit package needs.Hybrid ( Will need to go into office 1x a week - primarily on Tuesdays)Monday thru Friday; 1st shiftRESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROJECT MANAGER:Project Management: Oversee 5-7 digital support projects, including onboarding new projects and managing ongoing support efforts.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth communication.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze support data to identify trends and conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders.Budget and Scope Management: Manage project budgets, identify new scope opportunities, and handle quarterly reviews and yearly quote refreshes.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGER:Bachelors degree in any field plus 2-4 years of experienceNO Degree requires equivalent job experience in account management (4-7 years exp total)Masters degree in any field or higher still requires 2-4 years of acct mgmt. experienceSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT MANAGER:2+ Account Management (aka Client relationship management) exp1+ years in Project Management, fluent with PM methodologies (waterfall and AGILE)1+ years exp in analyzing data and identifying trends2+ years of MS PPT skills are important.Medium level excel skillsSalesforce exp2+ years exp with contact centerBENEFITSMedical, Dental, PTO, Holiday tailored to meet your needs. 401K/Match, $15,000 Life Insurance, Award-Winning Employee Care Program.
