Potential to go remote at 6-12 month mark ***** 12 mos w/ possible extensions - long term opportunity and potential to apply for FTE opportunity***** Phone and VideoRequired Skills:4+ years as SQL ***** experience with T-SQL, performance tuning, query optimization***** writing queries from scratch and rewriting queries to improve efficienciesBonus Skills:Developing report in SSRS or Power BI from scratchResponsibilities:Will work closely with Supervising IT Analyst on team, will not need to interact with end users or customers.Ensure SQL servers are running good, scheduled jobs are being executed, performance tuning, manage indexing. Will be reviewing queries on their SQL deployments, performance tuning from there. If cannot develop SSRS or Power Bi reports from scratch will be writing queries for report writers.Will be configuring backend data set and sources to T-SQL.Main ***** sustaining and optimizing environment and ensure that there is adequate indexing, monitor logs.
