Forklift Sales ManagerPosition **We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Forklift Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HELI forklifts and related equipment within the assigned territory. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions to support their operational success.Key *Sales & Business **** Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.Customer Relationship ***** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Consultative ***** Assess customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and present HELI forklift solutions that align with their operational requirements.Quoting & ***** Prepare accurate proposals, deliver competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.***** Work closely with internal teams, including service and support, to ensure seamless customer experience and post-sale satisfaction.Market ***** Stay informed about HELI forklifts, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Sales ***** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.**** 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the forklift, material handling, or industrial equipment industry.Communication ***** Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.Problem-Solving ***** Analytical mindset to identify customer challenges and develop effective solutions.***** Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.Travel ***** Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.***** Valid driver's license required.Compensation & *****Competitive base salary + commission structureComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and vision)401(k) with company match
