This role involves acting as a public ambassador, fostering an inclusive environment, and collaborating closely with the board to advance the organization's goals and advocacy efforts.Required * The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant professional and leadership experience, including successful fundraising, team management, public speaking, and partnership development to advance an organization's mission.Preferred * Preferred qualifications include nonprofit leadership experience, particularly in senior roles with proven results, as well as knowledge of the criminal legal system.
