Executive DirectorTo view our full job listing, please ***** **TheIndiana Innocence Projectseeks qualified individual to lead a new not-for-profit organization dedicated to freeing the innocent.Role & *The Executive Director of INIP will lead the organization in its mission to exonerate innocent people, focusing on strategic planning, fundraising, coalition building, and ensuring financial sustainability. This role involves acting as a public ambassador, fostering an inclusive environment, and collaborating closely with the board to advance the organization's goals and advocacy efforts.Required * The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant professional and leadership experience, including successful fundraising, team management, public speaking, and partnership development to advance an organization's mission.Preferred * Preferred qualifications include nonprofit leadership experience, particularly in senior roles with proven results, as well as knowledge of the criminal legal system.
