The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is primarily responsible for full life cycle talent acquisition activities that serve corporate requisitions and high volume functional areas, as well as Talent Acquisition team and candidate support functions. The focus is on proactive and timely execution of recruiting processes that reflect best practices along with candidate generation and hiring by performing the following main duties:Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills for open requisitions.Ensures that the recruiting process is carried out consistently with the highest quality, integrity, and professionalism.Reviews applications, conducts phone screens and interviews, refers candidates for additional interviews and performs reference checks. With a focus on results, facilitates candidate and hiring manager expectations during the entire recruitment, selection, and hiring process, ensuring that the JD Finish Line brand remains positive in the eyes of candidates, internal customers, and the community.Assists in proactively utilizing the Internet and other technologies for data mining and innovative recruitment approaches, including talent pipelining. Will primarily use job board advertising, job fairs, interviews, teleconferencing, LinkedIn, the application tracking system (ATS) and networking with professional organizations and associations to increase the pool of qualified applicants.Perform detail and administrative work needed to maintain the integrity of the ATS (Workday) and facilitate the candidate's hiring process.Responsible for administrative tasks relating to interview scheduling, pre-boarding and employee on-boarding processes.Assist team in the Corporate Academy (internship) recruitment and activities that serve as both networking and professional development opportunities for the interns.Additional duties and projects as required.Required Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with full life-cycle corporate recruiting strongly preferred. JD Finish Line experience preferred.Required Computer and/or Technical SkillsShould have intermediate to advanced knowledge and abilities with Google Suite applications and Microsoft Excel.
