Ivy has a global footprint across four continents, is headquartered in Dublin, and has key sites in Poland, Hungary, Malaysia, China, Canada, and the United States.We are seeking a Program Managerfor our Louisville, KY United States site to lead and grow the operations with one of Ivy's repair Customers.Job SummaryThe Program Manager directs and manages all operations for a defined customer with overall responsibilities for repair, quality, materials and other production related activities. Manages and enhances customer relationships. Provides full accountability for P&L and performance (KPI) requirements.Key accountabilities:· Establishes operations standards for quality, productivity, cost control, waste reduction, on-time delivery and safety and environmental.· Recommends and implements strategic changes in repair/manufacturing and operations strategy.· Ensures that continuous process improvement is pursued throughout all areas of the business and that all projects are carried out in a timely, financially sound manner consistent with company goals.· Assists business unit in the development of selling strategies.· Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations.· Is a creative and proactive leader of the management team, focused on continuous improvement.· Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.· Establishes clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results (i.e. operational metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, attendance records, knowledge of operational roles and responsibilities, personal development goals).· Solicits ongoing feedback from Business Unit members and leaders and Functional Managers on contribution to the team. · Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.· Assesses the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized by the business units.· Assures that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant.· Offers new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are "best in field."· Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.· Establishes new measurement systems if/where possible.· Performs other duties as assigned.Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:· Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred. Masters Degree preferred.· Degree educated in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.· 5-10 years of experience in similar position, 5 years of management experience in an electronics repair or manufacturing environment.· Advanced PC skills· Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.· After market services experience is a plus· Use collaborative working style to positively affect change across the organisation· Knowledge of product management lifecycle including product development and new product introductions · Formal lean or six sigma qualification is a plus· Willingness to travel internationally
