Job Title: HVAC Project Manager Location: Monroe Township, NJSalary: $150KWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and industrial HVAC projects across Essex County to Ocean County. Based out of Monroe Township, NJ, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage every phase of the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end management of HVAC projects, from initial planning to completion.Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and address any issues or delays.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and HVAC regulations.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor for projects.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all systems are installed to specifications.Lead project meetings, resolving any conflicts or changes in scope.Requirements:Proven experience in HVAC project management within commercial and/or industrial settings.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC plans.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to travel to project sites across Essex County to Ocean County.If you're an experienced HVAC Project Manager ready to take on exciting commercial and industrial projects, please APPLY today!
