Job Code : RCI-FB-59927-1Job Title: Sustainability Program ManagerLocation: Sunnyvale, CA 94089 or REMOTE PST Duration: 12 Months, extension possible based on needs and performanceMinimum Salary: $55.00 per HourlyMaximum Salary: $60.00 per HourlyJob Description: Top 3 must-have HARD skills: Strong project management skillExcellent collaborator to communicate with cross functional teamsWork well independently, able to prioritize, and flexibilityGood to have skills:Experience in SmartsheetExperience in OracleData analytics and dashboard reportingThis role is responsible for managing the activities for the Client global scrap/recycling (e.g. service center, fulfillment center, offices, warehouse):This candidate will coordinate and manage scrap projects from initiation to closure.This includes taking the info from requestor, schedule the pick-up with requestor/scrap vendor/Client Security, monitor and resolve issues during pick-up and destruction, and verify the closure of each project.This candidate will issue Oracle order if requestor is scrapping inventory items.This candidate will update and present weekly scrap/recycling metrics and project status.This candidate will drive scrap/recycling project process improvement including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation and enhancement, team page updates, and process automation.This candidate will participate in the scrap vendor Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and provide inputs for corrective actions and improvements in the scrap process.This candidate may assist on updating the Statement of Work (SOW) with the scrap vendors.Years of experience required3+ year of work experience in program managementBA, BS or equivalent work experience in program management
