QEHS and Data Security CoordinatorThe QEHS and Data Security Coordinator supports Full Circle Electronics' facilities in Colorado, Georgia, and Florida in managing Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and Security programs. This role ensures compliance with regulations, maintains certifications, and helps create a safe and secure work environment.The QEHS and Data Security Coordinator will assist with the development and delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety, and Security training as needed.Key **Assist in maintaining and improving QEHS and Security Management Systems.Conduct safety, security, and quality inspections.Monitor data security and serve as the Data Protection Representative.Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Organize and deliver QEHS and Security training programs.Host external audits and ensure certification requirements are met.Investigate incidents, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Manage facility security, including cameras, alarms, and visitor access.Coordinate emergency response plans and maintain safety equipment.Track customer satisfaction, complaints, and process improvements.Oversee vendor and contractor compliance with QEHS standards.Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field (preferred).Experience in environmental, health, safety, or security roles.Relevant certifications (e.g., OHST, CPR, ISO 9001/14001/45001, R2 Standard).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to enforce policies professionally and work in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Spanish fluency is a plus.Work ***Combination of office and warehouse settings.Exposure to extreme temperatures in non-climate-controlled areas.Some standing/walking required (up to 4 hours per day).
