Our client is a recognized industry leader, known for innovation, operational excellence, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.About the Role:This is a high-impact opportunity for a data professional with expertise in data architecture, governance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will drive the development of scalable, secure, and auditable data solutions while fostering a strong data culture within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Data Strategy & Architecture- Design and implement a long-term enterprise data strategy aligned with business goals.ERP & Financial Reporting- Develop a scalable reporting architecture with a focus on finance, accounting, and ERP systems.Data Governance & Compliance- Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.Data Quality & Lifecycle Management- Define and implement best practices for data integrity, metadata management, and data lifecycle optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with finance, IT, and business leaders to drive data democratization and reporting enhancements.Technology Implementation- Oversee data and reporting implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term scalability.Change Management & Adoption- Support the transition to a data-driven culture through stakeholder engagement, training, and process optimization.What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role within enterprise data management.Hands-on expertise in data architecture, reporting frameworks, and enterprise data governance.Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes with experience supporting financial reporting and ERP implementations.Proven success in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and auditable data solutions.Experience with Workday and Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) is highly valued.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and prioritize competing requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Why This Role?Be a key player in shaping the data and reporting strategy for a leading P&C Insurance carrier.Competitive hourly rate for 18 month contract with possibility of extension.Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values data-driven decision-making.Access to career development programs and leadership growth opportunities.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate for 18 month contract with possibility of extension.Health Care contribution, 401(k) plan (optional), paid sick leave.Our client is an equal-opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.🔹Ready to make an impact?
